A SWOT analysis is a organised planning method used to evaluate the strength, weakness, opportunity & threat involved in a project.

It includes identifying the external & internal factors that are unfavourable & favourable to attain that objective.

  • Strength: features of the project that provide it an advantage over others.
  • Weakness: features that place the project at a drawback relative to others
  • Opportunity: components that the venture could exploit to its advantage
  • Threat: components in the situation that could reason trouble for the project

  • Top 3% student (A+) does not require any guided help to excel in academic system
  • Next 12% (A) need guidance to do well; even semi-professional guidance will do

STEP 1# Entry Level Exam

  • Open Book Psychometric Test to find Strength-Weakness-Threat-Opportunity
  • To be taken at least once by any student in a given academic year
  • Comprises of the following section - Mathematics, Physics & Life Science
BUT the underlying theme is Psychometric

WHAT is MEASURED ?

  • Concentration, Ability to pick clue, application of knowledge etc.
  • Result, Analysis and Recommendation
  • A section-wise marks distribution
  • Trend Analysis¹
  • Counseling
  • Path Direction
  • To be handed over only to the guardian. Private tutor (if any) is also requested to attend

WHAT is NOT MEASURED ?

  • Not an examination where student will be awarded based on their performance.
  • Not any kind of mock test or assessment for annual school exam
  • Anybody can take the examination if there is one for the Standard.
  • It is Not mandatory to take up any test after Entry Level
  • Counseling
  • Path Direction
  • To be handed over only to the guardian. Private tutor (if any) is also requested to attend
